Staff were so helpful with my queries

Kat could not have been more helpful when I called for advice re the ceiling on our wood burner which had been displaced so the fire would not stay lit. I could only tell her the brand of fireplace, not the model, so she got me to send photos of it. Kat managed to find instructions for maintenance and it helped me get it working again. There was no sale involved here but she chose to help me.

When I recently smashed my panoramic door, I was relieved when they were able to have it fixed and operational within a couple of days. Everything very efficient and installation went quickly and without a hitch. All happened very quickly which fitted in with my schedule perfectly. Highly recommend. Service was impeccable.
